Dr. Helen Durham AO will lead RedR Australia, an international humanitarian response agency that selects, trains and deploys technical specialists. Helen has returned to Australia after eight years in Geneva as the Director of International

An integral part of AECOM for more than 17 years, Ben McMaster has held various leadership roles in Queensland. Recently, he served as ANZ Water Infrastructure Sector Lead in Brisbane.

Everyday sexism in the workplace – which 57% of women in the consulting professions still witness or experience – is the result of entrenched social and cultural conditioning. “But what’s learned can be unlearned,” said SMEC’s James Phillis in a powerful reflection on the progress of the Champions of Change Coalition.
