Aurecon’s current Chief Operating Officer Louise Adams will step into the role of Group Chief Executive on 1 July 2025.

Salvatore Lacaria has joined MI Engineers as its new Chief Executive Officer. Salvatore brings over two decades of leadership experience delivering multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects across the transport, energy, utilities and defence sectors. 

Camille McGregor has been appointed Jacobs Senior Vice President and General Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Camille has held various leadership roles in sales, operations and market solutions during her 22 years with Jacobs.

Carl Willis has taken on the role of General Manager for GHD’s South Australia Region. Carl has spent the past five years working as GHD’s Global Leader for Delivery Transformation and aims to drive new ways of working through the local operation. 

Mike Rinaudo has joined DT Infrastructure as its new Head of Defence, moving from ADCO Constructions where he spent five years as defence sector lead.
