Aurecon’s current Chief Operating Officer Louise Adams will step into the role of Group Chief Executive
on 1 July 2025.
Louise joined Aurecon, one of the largest employee-owned engineering and advisory companies in Asia Pacific, as a graduate 25 years ago.
Aurecon’s first female Group CEO, Louise takes the reins from William Cox, who has led the firm for the past six years.
“I believe we have entered the ‘age of the engineer’ where engineers are absolutely critical when it comes to solving the impacts of climate change,” Louise says.
“This new role opens up an even larger platform for me to drive positive change for people and the planet and shape the future of Aurecon, ensuring that we stay relevant, true and successful for years to come.”
