Phil, a seasoned quantity surveyor with more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, joins HKA as a Principal, focusing on quantum expertise. He specialises in managing commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, including disputes and claims, cost estimating, contract administration, financial control, and procurement of contracts.
