2024 Future Leader Program

The Consult Australia Future Leader program is an intensive and comprehensive leadership development program that aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become effective leaders. Over the course of the program, participants will engage in a wide range of activities, including workshops, lectures, a collaborative project, business mentoring opportunities and more.

Registration for this year’s Future Leaders program has been extended until 16 May for both Melbourne and Sydney. Commencing on 16 May, the program is structured over six months, and includes a combination of in-person workshops and virtual sessions to accommodate different learning styles and schedules. With a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, participants will gain a well-rounded understanding of leadership.

With a star-studded line-up on the facilitator roster, a few of the topics include personal brand development, digital disruption, communication & presentation skill and an innovation workshop.  

The Future Leader program is open to professionals who have a strong desire to take their career to the next level.

Leadership Forum | Breaking Barriers & Building Inclusion

On 9 May, join this Leadership Forum to help position your business to respond to critical emerging issues, opportunities and new regulatory obligations supporting diversity equity and inclusion (DEI).

Supported by the NSW Government Women in Construction Program, this Forum is a next step for leaders and their executive teams considering how best to act for their businesses with the greatest impact.

Over a light lunch join us to learn more about your regulatory obligations, meet with your peers and hear about how other similar businesses are taking their first steps, as well as those that are a little further down the road.
