COSBOA small business survey

The Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) is asking for contributions to the 2026 Small Business Perspectives Survey. Here’s how you can have your say.

COSBOA’s annual survey gathers insights from small businesses across the country and helps shape the council’s advocacy priorities and policy engagement with government.

This year’s survey emphasises the experiences of regional, rural and remote businesses, ensuring their perspectives are reflected in national policy discussions.

The findings will inform advocacy on issues that matter to many consulting firms and their clients, including tax, workforce availability, housing, infrastructure, connectivity, energy, insurance and regulatory reform.

Consult Australia members are encouraged to take part and share the survey with their networks.

Strong participation across sectors and regions will help ensure the results reflect the diversity and challenges of Australia’s small business community.

The survey is open until 30 April 2026.
