The contract is designed to address issues, provide more flexibility for all parties in areas such as liability and professional indemnity insurance, and move towards cooperative rather than adversarial contracting.

Consult Australia is committed to ensuring that you have access to the most relevant and up-to-date business guidance to ensure you are maintaining a prosperous business. Below is a quick reference guide to some common business challenges and a collection of practice notes to support the technical delivery for your company.

Consult Australia believes that it is important to support members in all aspects of their business. We also recognise the impact that the insurance market has on Consult Australia member firms in terms of availability, affordability and quality of Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Our members have been consistently telling us that PI Insurance is a critical business issue. By opening the PI Pathway, Consult Australia is pleased to provide its membership with a referral service that provides access to broking services and a range of associated support services, which will be provided by a Panel of two Brokers selected by Consult Australia.

Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) is the discipline concerned with protecting the health and safety of all stakeholders in the workplace from exposure to hazards and risks resulting from work activities.

Consult Australia unequivocally supports the adoption of WHS laws, regulations, and codes of practices that deliver improved workplace health and safety outcomes throughout Australia for all stakeholders.
