The absence of diversity in the consulting services sector in Australia is well understood. I am aware of it every time I walk into a meeting, attend a site visit or sit at the decision-making table because as a pale, heterosexual, male I am always in
the majority. I acknowledge the benefit this privilege has provided me throughout my career and am very committed to using it to help create equal opportunity for everyone, regardless of their gender, ethnicity or how they identify.
