Respect at Work: Moving from Positive Intent to Concrete Action
5th annual Consult Australia Champions of Change Industry Lunch
Prompted by a 100,000-strong #MarchforJustice in 2021 and a national conversation on culture reform, we asked ourselves and our employees, “Are we doing enough to create safe and respectful workplaces?” The results of a cross-coalition survey were clear; the short answer is, we need to do more.
Join us for the launch of Everyday Respect, a review of the nature, prevalence and impact of exclusionary behaviour in our firms and tangible actions we can all take to foster inclusive and contemporary workplaces.
