Can we challenge ourselves, as individuals and organisations, to truly understand the barriers that women are still facing to a thriving and fulfilling career and life?
These challenges range from systemic issues, such as the gender pay gap and outdated childcare practices, to limited access to flexible work in all its forms.
Join us this year for an impactful online event on March 9, 2021, where we will be exploring, in a raw and honest way, the real challenges that both women and men are facing to an equal and equitable industry.
