The current COVID-19 environment is creating heightened volatility in global debt capital markets however governments across the globe are looking to infrastructure and construction as stimulus measures. Global liquidity is strong, so debt and equity funding capacity exists. However, solvency pressures will continue to rise as credit risks come to the fore for a range of small and large enterprises. This along with end demand softening could impact timing and certainty of funding. Linda will provide an update on all of these factors and put them into context for the built environment consulting industry.
