The building sector of the Australian economy is currently operating at a frenetic pace!

Resources are scarce, and getting scarcer, and developers and building contractors are tearing their hair out as delivery times for projects constructed by conventional means stretch out by months, and even in some cases years, with the costs of delay impacting severely on profitability for all the players in the sector.

Increasingly, the building sector is turning to Modular Construction & Prefabrication as the means whereby worksite productivity is maximised, project delivery time is optimised, construction site wastage is minimised and profitability is maximised.

Our speakers bring to this event a wealth of experience in the design, engineering, construction and development of houses, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings utilising Modular Construction & Prefabrication in Australia and overseas.

Ron has an extensive portfolio of work covering all aspects of architecture and design, construction and business management. He is currently working with our second speaker, Paul Floreani, on a Modular Construction & Prefabrication greenfields housing development project in Mernda, Renaissance Rise, for RCL Real Estate Pty Ltd
