Disruption and change are not only constant — they are accelerating in the built environment. There has never been a better time for SMEs to compete against global organisations who struggle to be nimble enough to adapt.

In this session, you will learn the secrets used by Iloura, a small Australian company who won an Emmy for creating the infamous Battle of the Bastards scene from GOT Season 6.
Iloura punches way above their weight — competing on the global stage by using some fairly radical (but easy to apply) concepts to hire and retain only the best people in the market. And you can too.

Join Kim Seeling Smith, CEO of Ignite Global to learn what Iloura does differently and to map these lessons onto your own organisation to help you punch above your weight.

If you want to seize the unique opportunity in today’s market, this session is not to be missed!
