This members only lunch has been developed specifically with our small to medium member firms in mind. Join us as our key note speakers delve into the disruptive influences that are impacting our industry and provide insights into how SME’s can position themselves to meet these disruptions head on.

What we’ll cover:

Thriving in Change – a new perspective:

The pace of changing technology is accelerating, and businesses are in an optimum position to thrive. The impact of technology on the business landscape has been profound. Half of the Fortune 500 companies have disappeared in fewer than 20 years – replaced by newcomers with strong digital credentials. Being nimble, embedding digital ways of doing business into the core offer, and embracing client centricity is critical. But what else will it take to thrive?

Embracing social change - An imperative for future success:

Technological change is occurring at an astonishing rate and businesses need to continually adapt to survive. However technology is not the only mega trend disrupting businesses today.

Social change such as demographic shifts and evolving consumer preferences are also having a major impact on businesses. To survive, organisations should not ignore the growing, socially responsible landscape.

Tim from Cbus Super will share some insights about how Cbus is responding to these challenges.

Embracing both technological advances and social responsibility will help set companies apart and position them for future success.
