The Consult Australia Male Champions of Change are committed to identifying and sharing practical actions that leaders can take to increase representation of women in leadership. Why? Because it is well-established that diverse and inclusive workplaces are high performance workplaces.

Join us for lunch whilst we present our progress report update and discuss the initiatives we feel are vital to maintain momentum in the pursuit of improved gender equality, improved employee engagement, and higher performance and innovation.

Laurice is business owner, consultant, and board director with 30 year’s project management experience in Australia, US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. She is a strong proponent for innovation, continuous improvement, and openly addressing our emotional health to enable us to live a more purposeful life.

Laurice is the current owner and Managing Director of the Slow School of Business.
