In a market that feels increasingly commoditised, being able to communicate the value you and your firm bring to a project or client is more important than ever. Unfortunately many firms don’t understand how to price to capture value, and end up discounting or ‘low-balling’ to win work instead – eroding their profit margins, and only adding to the commoditisation of their services.

In this seminar, Colin Jasper and Keith Dugdale will share insights into two case studies of engineering firms who managed to achieve exponential financial success – raising their profitability by up to 100% within twelve months – simply by better understanding how to deliver and price value.

Our expert speakers will provide you with you a greater understanding of what clients really value in the face of commoditisation of engineering services, new tips on how to price effectively and an understanding of how different people at the client attribute value differently.
