Keith Dugdale

Keith Dugdale is passionate about helping people build trust in business, and learning better and easier ways to ‘sell’. He is a successful author, business coach and international speaker on client relationships, sales and building trust in business, with a particular focus on professional services. He is the co-author of the best-selling ‘Smarter Selling: How to grow sales by building trusted relationships’ published by Financial Times Prentice Hall, which has now been translated into five languages including Chinese and Russian.

By focusing on trust and not selling, Keith helps individuals and organisations understand how to avoid discounting, raise the profitability of their work, shorten the sales cycle, and increase their confidence to have broad and deep conversations, build relationships, and ultimately win profitable work.

Colin Jasper

Colin Jasper has consulted to professional services firms for almost 20 years. During this time, he has had the opportunity to work with many of the leading law and other professional services firms in Australia, the US, the UK and throughout Asia. As the Director of Jasper Consulting, Colin’s focus is on assisting professional services firms to create greater value for their clients and to capture a fair share of that value for themselves.

His articles have been published in a range of journals and magazines including Professional Services Firms Journal, The Law Management Journal, and the Journal of the Professional Pricing Society. He authored the pricing chapter in the American Bar Association book, The Power of Legal Project Management (2014) and several chapters in the upcoming ABA book Pricing in the Front Line (2016).
