Workforce Diversity
In the June 2011 edition of National Outlook magazine, the Consult Australia President acknowledged that, in considering diversity in the workforce of the built and natural environment sector and when measured across the full spectrum of professional roles, the industry could be regarded as being out of kilter.
Success in meeting Consult Australia’s objectives in the workforce diversity portfolio will be identified via gender diversity as a lead indicator. Particular aims include increasing representation of women in mid-senior management and leadership roles.
Expressions of Interest - Toolkit for Workforce Diversity
Expressions of interest are sought from individuals and companies that can create a workforce diversity Toolkit for use by Consult Australia member firms. The aim of the Toolkit is to provide employers with easy and long-term access to expert advice on how to foster workplaces that are diverse and inclusive. The toolkit will be practical and specific to the typical needs of Consult Australia members.
The purpose of the expression of interest is to receive reverse briefs to explore the capacity of the market to deliver a Toolkit and understand the potential cost of delivery. Click here for a copy of the EoI.
