Smaller & Regional Firms
The Consult Australia portfolio for Smaller and Regional Firms promotes the interests of firms with less than 50 employees or which are located in regional and rural Australia. The needs of members are met through the Smaller and Regional Firms Roundtable.
Roundtable representatives are owners or senior managers of Consult Australia member firms. The Roundtable provides members with an opportunity to influence policy development on issues of particular concern to smaller and regional business operators. This may include subjects such as workplace health and safety, liability and contract issues, access to skilled workers and skilled migration. The focus of the Roundtable is on how these affect smaller and regional firms and action that can be taken to ensure that their interests are promoted.
